Telewell memberships are built around your goals: weight management, healthy aging and hormone health (TRT and HRT). Every membership that includes a prescription or therapy starts with an evaluation, and a licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.

How to start

Connect (free): A complimentary 15 to 20 minute call with our team to answer your questions and explain your options. Please don't send medical information by email.
Evaluation: Complete the intake questionnaire, then have a 15 to 30 minute evaluation call. A licensed provider from our partner, Asher Health, reviews your information and approves or declines treatment. Lab testing may be requested.

Weight management memberships

Lifestyle Reset. Who it's for: No medication; wants structure and accountability. What's included: Coaching every two weeks, a personal nutrition and exercise plan, progress tracking, group classes or challenges, education library, member pricing on supplements. Price: $79–$129/mo.
Metabolic Support. Who it's for: Wants medical oversight but isn't a candidate for GLP-1 drugs (or doesn't want them). What's included: Everything in Lifestyle Reset, plus a provider evaluation, starting labs, non-GLP-1 prescriptions or peptides if the provider approves, monthly coaching, a starter supplement pack (protein, fiber, multivitamin). Price: $149–$199/mo.
GLP-1 Essentials. Who it's for: Core medical weight loss. What's included: Provider evaluation, compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide with supplies shipped, check-ins as the dose is raised, provider messaging, monthly coaching, a nutrition plan. Price: Semaglutide $199–$249/mo; tirzepatide $299–$349/mo.
GLP-1 Complete (Premium). Who it's for: Wants the full clinic experience. What's included: Everything in Essentials, plus weekly coaching, in-clinic body composition scans, labs every three months, a plan to protect muscle (protein and strength training), Lipo-B injections, priority support. Price: $349–$449/mo.
Maintenance. Who it's for: Has reached their goal; wants to keep the weight off. What's included: Lower dose or tapering plan if the provider approves, monthly check-in, quarterly coaching, member pricing kept. Price: $99–$149/mo.

Healthy aging memberships

Vitality Foundations. Who it's for: No medication; wants to start healthy-aging habits. What's included: Coaching every two weeks on sleep, stress, nutrition and movement, a starting wellness assessment, progress tracking, group classes, education library, member pricing on supplements. Price: $79–$129/mo.
Longevity Essentials. Who it's for: Wants a baseline and medical oversight. What's included: Everything in Vitality Foundations, plus a provider evaluation, a full starting lab panel (heart and metabolism, inflammation, hormones, vitamins) with a results review, a yearly lab repeat, a personal healthy-aging plan, a starter supplement pack (omega-3, vitamin D, magnesium, creatine). Price: $149–$199/mo.
Cellular Renewal. Who it's for: Wants peptide or injection therapy. What's included: Everything in Longevity Essentials, plus one provider-approved therapy each month, shipped or given in clinic (for example NAD+, glutathione, GHK-Cu or MOTS-C), provider messaging, monthly coaching, labs twice a year. Price: $249–$349/mo.
Longevity Complete (Premium). Who it's for: Wants the full clinic experience. What's included: Everything in Cellular Renewal, plus up to two therapies each month, labs every three months, in-clinic body composition scans, monthly provider visits, weekly coaching, priority support, member discount on add-ons. Price: $399–$499/mo.
Healthy Aging Maintenance. Who it's for: Has finished an active protocol and wants to keep results. What's included: Check-ins every three months, a yearly lab panel, a smaller therapy or supplement plan if the provider approves, member pricing kept. Price: $99–$149/mo.

Hormone health memberships (TRT and HRT)

Prices differ for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for men and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for women.

Hormone Check. Who it's for: Has symptoms; wants answers before treatment. What's included: Symptom assessment, full starting hormone lab panel, provider review of results, a personal plan, lifestyle coaching. The lab panel price can count toward the first month if treatment starts.. TRT (men): $149–$249 one time, or $49–$79/mo. HRT (women): $149–$249 one time, or $49–$79/mo.
Hormone Essentials. Who it's for: Core treatment. What's included: Provider evaluation, hormone prescription with supplies shipped, follow-up labs at about 3 months and then every 6 months, dose adjustments, provider messaging. TRT (men): $149–$199/mo. HRT (women): $99–$149/mo.
Hormone Complete. Who it's for: Wants closer care and lifestyle support. What's included: Everything in Essentials, plus labs every three months, monthly coaching (sleep, nutrition, strength, stress), in-clinic body composition scans, related prescriptions if the provider approves. TRT (men): $249–$299/mo. HRT (women): $199–$249/mo.
Hormone + Longevity (Premium). Who it's for: Wants the full clinic experience. What's included: Everything in Complete, plus one healthy-aging therapy each month (for example NAD+ or glutathione), monthly provider visits, weekly coaching, priority support, member discount on add-ons. TRT (men): $349–$449/mo. HRT (women): $299–$399/mo.
Hormone Maintenance. Who it's for: Stable on treatment. What's included: Medication continued, labs every 6–12 months, provider check-in every three months, member pricing kept. TRT (men): $99–$129/mo. HRT (women): $79–$99/mo.
