How Telewell Works

1. Reach out. Call 410-504-6855 with general questions. Please don't send medical information by email.
2. Check eligibility. We confirm that we serve your state and which services fit your goals. Telewell serves all 50 states.
3. Online intake. You complete a secure intake form. A licensed provider from our partner, Asher Health, reviews it and may request labs.
4. Provider decision. The provider approves or declines treatment. If approved, you receive clear information on the options, benefits and risks. Prescriptions are written only when clinically appropriate.
5. Pharmacy and fulfillment. Approved prescriptions are prepared and shipped to your home by state-licensed partner pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
6. Follow-up. Regular check-ins to track progress and adjust your plan.

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET. Saturday and Sunday, 9 AM to 3 PM ET.
