Hormone Health: TRT and HRT, Built Around You
Changes in energy, sleep, mood or body composition can have many causes. Hormone care at Telewell starts with your symptoms, goals and history, plus appropriate testing, so a licensed clinician can recommend what fits you. Services include testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and hormone replacement therapy (HRT). HRT is currently in a limited rollout, so availability may vary.
What we look at
-
Your symptoms and how they affect daily life
-
Your medical and family history
-
Lab testing, when appropriate
-
Your goals and preferences
Your options
If hormone therapy is appropriate, you receive clear information on the potential benefits, risks and alternatives, and how treatment will be monitored. Hormone therapy is not a one-size-fits-all or anti-aging treatment. It is an individual medical decision.
Ongoing monitoring
Treatment, if started, includes follow-up check-ins and lab checks to make sure it stays safe and effective for you.
Common questions
-
Is HRT safe? Benefits and risks depend on your age, history and the type of therapy. A licensed provider reviews them as part of your intake.
-
Do I need testing first? Usually, yes. Your clinician decides which tests are appropriate.
-
Is this for men or women? Both. Telewell's hormone services currently include testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and hormone replacement therapy (HRT), subject to eligibility and availability.
-
Do you offer peptides for hormone support? Sermorelin, a compounded growth-hormone-releasing peptide, may be available if a licensed provider from our partner, Asher Health, decides it is appropriate for you. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
